COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Connect, Communicate, Collaborate and Engage
Through communication and personal connections, we listen, collaborate and put communities at the forefront of learning, decision-making, and working toward climate resilient solutions. In the process of making art, architecture, and other projects we take forward a need to have more meaningful engagement and exchanges with the indigenous communities as a way to begin to understand how projects, language, and collaborations can enable more inclusive conversations and actions.
By becoming active participants ourselves in communities, we immerse ourselves in understanding how issues facing communities can be resolved. We are passionate at C.A.R.E. about making positive changes to rural and urban environments.
We all strive for dynamic and generous communities — which can support a greater quality of life and in return can benefit us all. So we need to learn from the past and present and start to shape our future ways of living on being connected, respectful, and generous. We need to listen to each other and to nature.....

Research illustrates that difficult topics and actions can be best understood by learning about them from lived perspectives. We work with communities to uncover, analyze and interpret climate and visual culture in order to bring projects to life. We take the time to understand that distinctive methods are needed for each project.
We are versed in undertaking collaborative approaches to conclude

We feel passionately about creating a positive change in our society for people about climate change. Our hope is that our research and projects can be a step towards understanding how climate adaptation can successfully happen.
